Welcome to HoraX. Please take a moment to read these brief terms so we are on the same page before you begin.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HoraX, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Scope of Service and Limitations
HoraX is a tool for finding auspicious dates, based on statistical calculations and traditional texts. - It is not a personal fortune-telling service. - It is not scientific, financial, or legal advice. All information and results displayed are personal beliefs based on "traditional texts." Please exercise your own judgment when making decisions.
3. Usage Agreement
- Personal use only: You may not use the analysis results or content in the app for commercial purposes without authorization. - No modification: You may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer the app. - No misuse: You may not use the app in any way that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or attempts to breach security.
4. Premium Features and Subscriptions
All payments and refunds are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to the respective Store's terms. For auto-renewable subscriptions, charges will be billed through your Store account. You can cancel auto-renewal through your Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. Limitation of Liability
Goslab is committed to developing and verifying the accuracy of information in the app, but we cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this information under any circumstances. Users bear final responsibility for their own decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, analysis results, design, code, and intellectual property within HoraX are the sole property of Goslab. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without authorization is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
